Robert H. Campbell, Jr. -Brokerage and
Leasing
Rob Campbell’s real estate career began in Lubbock, TX in 1993. After
working in residential sales for 3 years he obtained a Texas Broker’s
license and shortly thereafter became a partner and first principal
broker of a residential real estate firm. He later went on to publish a
successful periodical real estate advertising magazine that is still in
use. After selling his partnership in the publishing business he joined
forces with Westar Commercial Realty (2001) and has enjoyed working with
a diverse, interesting, and capable clientele ever since. His commercial
real estate experience includes; development land, apartments, hotels,
office buildings, stand-alone NNN properties, and warehouse space.
At present Mr. Campbell has completed all four of the CCIM courses
required for the designation and plans to take the comprehensive final
exam in the spring of 2006.
