Cliff Watt, CCIM
Mr. Watt has been active in the brokerage business since 1979. He
received CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in
1979 and has served as President of the Texas Hi Plains CCIM Chapter
(Texas Panhandle and Eastern New Mexico) four different terms. Mr. Watt
was affiliated with Lubbock National Bank in brokerage, commercial
lending and service. He served as Chairman of the Board of McAfee
Mortgage and Investment Co., Inc. until sold in 1997 and was a past Vice
President of Texas Property Exchangers. He is a graduate of the National
Commercial Lending School at Oklahoma University and past Thesis Advisor
at the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist
University in Dallas. Mr. Watt holds a B.B.A. from Texas Tech University
where he was also a Counselor for the Department of Finance. He serves
on the advisory board of the Lubbock Wells Fargo Bank and he is
a board member of the Carillon Senior Life Care Community.
